General Information

During your visit, you will have many opportunities to interact with our animals! Please keep in mind that animals deserve the same respect as everyone, we kindly ask that you are kind, gentle, and patient with all of them – just like us, they all have their own personalities. Some are very curious and will come right to you, others may be shy. They also have their days where they don’t want to interact. Please remember that they are live animals! We will not tolerate chasing or rough handling.

At the end of your guided tour, there is no rush to leave! We have 103 acres you are welcome to explore! There are trails that you are able to walk, and if you wish, you may also bring a picnic and pick a spot to have a snack.

Due to the bird flu and our efforts to keep our flock safe, there will be no visits inside the bird pens this season.

Private Alpaca Visit

Come meet our alpaca family! You will get to personally interact with our alpacas, with lots of opportunities to feed and pet them. We will give you an alpaca 101, and show you how to halter them, and you will then get a chance to walk an alpaca! * If time permits, to finish off your visits, we can also visit our other animals, including our baby goats!

* Please note that alpaca walks are dependent on the weather and our alpacas’ mood. Just like people, they have their days when they do not want to do anything.

Don’t forget your camera, there will be tons of photo opportunities!

Booking

To book a farm visit, please email [email protected], or send us a message to our Instagram or Facebook!

We require full payment to reserve the time sent within 24 hours of deposit request. If the deposit is not received within this time period, the spot will no longer be reserved for your group. A confirmation will be sent when we receive it.

We do have a 24 hour cancellation policy, if there is a cancellation within 24 hours of the booked date, payment will NOT be refunded. In the case of light rain, we are still open. In severe weather, we will contact you to refund or reschedule your visit.

Note: We will waive the 24 hour refund policy if the cancellation is due to COVID reasons. If someone is feeling unwell close to the day of the reservation with COVID symptoms, please let us know and we can rescheduled to a later day.
